except with transparent dialog boxes AND transparent menus I've searched everywhere and found some that either have one or the other + small icons and fonts.

The 8900like theme has the perfect font size, icon size etc just missing the transparency.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

i found a pretty good one the only big difference is the font other than that it's cool.
