Looking for Blank Screen Theme 83XX

I am looking for a theme where the home screen has no icons, you have to hit the menu key to get to them. Small date and time up top with a transparent, thin banner, and I am able to change the wallpaper. Also, I would like the icons to be like the verizon ones, not the outlined, transparent ones.

Thank you in advance for anyone is able to help me find something like this

Okay so I just kinda slapped this together and I hope it meets your standards. If not just let me know and I will be happy to try again, keep in mind im new to making themes lol.
