So here is what I am doing and here is what its doing any why isnt this working!!! What is missing, something is missing

I dl DM 4.6
I go to DL Bold like theme click save ..desktop all that good stuff it downloads then there is apicture as if its a missing file when i go to open it as if i were to unzip it says..here is a picture of what I am getting...its like something is missing on the computer that makes this open i had this theme on my phn before.. and I DONT HAVE OTA

Desktop manager does work...correct?
Its just the file your downloading?

it has nothing to do with the dm i wouldnt think because i dont even get that far before that picture

You have to click on the .alx file to install it.

i click on either of those and thats the error i get its like nothings there

if you notice peice of paper file image is like its missing...nothing is there

You are doing this through app loader right? Start DM then applications loader then browse for the file to add. Click only the .alx file and it will populate the list of things to be added to your device.

My step are as follows:

2. Click on the zip file second one down
3. click save or open same thing
4. saving to my bb theme folder on my desktop
5. it download ready to open
6. click open
7. appears like this when i go to open.
8 I even tried on the left site unzip files is looks the same as if something is missing or not right

i don't get far enough to even get to the dm i have to unzip the file and all that first and i can't even do that

You have the right files but you need to install this using desktop manager. Start desktop manager then go to applications loader. Then click browse. Navigate to the folder where you unzipped those files. Only one of the files should show up now. Its the file that ends with .alx. Follow the prompts after that.
