creating themes tutorial

I am seriously considering creating a theme or two for my device and, if they turn out good, making them available here. Does anyone know of a thread on here or elsewhere that gives a good thorough tutorial on using the Plazmic Theme Building software?

Actually man if you go to bb.com there is a blackberry theme builder now, it is the same basic functions of plazmic and i believe off of there i found a pretty nice video tutorial on how to do stuff. im still learning myself however so dont rely to boldly on my word lol. Just a solid little input.
