I installed the BerryClean theme (L version) less than a week ago and so far really like it, except...
Last night when I was trying to set the alarm, it wouldn't bring up the alarm options. The stopwatch and timer both work, but clicking the 'set alarm' option brought nothing up. Then I noticed when hitting the back button that I had to hit it twice to get it off the clock and back to the icon/apps screen.
This morning, out of curiosity, I switched to another installed theme (bPhone zen) and had no problem getting into the 'set alarm' function.
Hm. That is very odd, I have never seen this. I would suggest trying to remove, and redownload the theme, if still no luck, contact the creator of this theme and explain to them the issue, maybe they need to rebuild the theme in some aspects.
