    Hi everybody!
    I got BB8310 but when I used BDM version 4.3 setup theme and soft for BB8310 then it show that: Erros in application information file "D:\soft for BB\iphone.alx". Unable to read the file". and No additional application designed for your device were found
    I'm trying use BB8100 connect and setup theme and soft with BDM version 4.3 on my laptop and no problem. So i don't understand my BB8310 can not setup.
    Sorry my E is not good.
    Plz help me.

    Did you install the SAME version of the BB's OS onto your desktop PC as well?
