YOUTUBE won't work on my BB Curve 8310

I have tried everything I can think of but I can't get the videos to load. The screen appears after I click on the video I want to watch on Youtube and m.youtube.com, a black screen opens with the play, stop, rewind, fforward buttons across the bottom of the screen. It looks like it tries to begin to open the video, but it just stays black.

Can anyone help me, please????? Is there an app that can help with this?

I'm a new BB user and I'm still trying to learn things about the phone. Most everything I have learned has come from the awesome users on this site.

there are a few apps in appworld you can try
search for youtube, and some players will return in the results

Fubaz, thank you. I'll give it a try. I tried to upload a free gps from appworld but it said I needed an email account activated and it took me forever to finally learn how to fix that issue.... kept getting a http error 502 message, but of course, I was able to fix that from the great users on this site.

I am glad, youtube is kind of a weird thing on BBs.
make sure you are running at least os 4.5 and that you are not on WiFi as well.

It is weird, really. Yes mine is 4.5 and I am not on WiFi. I'll see what happens when I try it with the appworld apps. I LOVE this phone, I've never had a Blackberry before, but man, I am soooo frustrated with Youtube......
