i signed up for the service set up forwarding to 1-714-204-3114 but whenever i get a call it just hangs up....any clues?

is this the correct number to forward calls to?

i have an 8320 running os 4.2

That’s the number I use.
Check that you don't have the ditch icon enabled…From your computer click the contacts tab…The ditch icon (next to each contact) should be grayed out…not red.

Enter the following as if you were dialing a phone number:

*004*17142043114#

make sure you dial the asterisk before the number or it won't work. Good luck!!!
