As many have encounter the missing Yahoo Messenger missing icon. Well I have a problem that I have a small Yahoo message indicator that I can't get rid of because I can't access YM on my phone. I have tried the hard reset..i.e. battery removal 30 sec removed sim card. I need to totally start over but don't know how to reset the phone completely. Does anyone know how to complete this?
Before I would reset the phone I would try uninstalling the YM application. Got to Options / Advanced Options / Applications and find YM in the list and click it to choose uninstall.
