Yahoo Go for 8330?
I notice that there isn't a version for us. Are we going to wait awhile longer or maybe it will come out when the US carriers get them? I used to use it on my 8700r.

I tried downloading it over the air but got an error message stating my device wasn't supported.

I Tried to do this as well. Just purchasing the 8330 yesterday, I Rushed onto Yahoo.com to Download some apps that I had on my pearl, and noticed it was not compatible yet >_<
This goes for Google Maps too. which is Horrible because Having a huge screen and no google maps is kinda lame. Hopefully in the future we will see a release for this stuff. You have to remember that Verizon's curve isn't even officially on sale yet in their store.
I think about mid summer we'll start seeing some apps. hopefully... - 05-11-2008, 01:29 PM #7
I have Yahoo Go on my 8320. I like the look and feel but the so-called real-time traffic report sucks. I tested it out during rush hour when there was a reported 5 mile backup on the highway of the route I had selected and all I got back was 'no incidents reported'. But my local traffic center on the radio and the newscasts (I called my wife to verify) stated that traffic was bad and had been that way for over half an hour!

Either v2 or v3 would be nice to work on the 8330. I miss it.

Would be nice to be able to install this another way besides ota. Especially if it works on transferred devices.
