    I am not receiving yahoo mail I am able to send though Yahoo.

    Delete your email and set it back up on the phone. I have yahoo and have never had a problem.

    Try logging into BIS and send Service Books first. Tou can also go to Manage Connections, Mobile Data Options>Menu>Provision now.

    Also, if not tried already, I've had a Battery Pull resolve that issue before, too.
