Ive tried sending my self several songs and they aren't sending to my email...what could i possibly be doing wrong?

how long have you waited? sometimes it could take 15 minutes or so.

When was this? I had quite a delay waiting for a ringtone earlier today. But it did eventually show up.

are you getting other emails, or are you getting no emails at all? if you are getting none, you should send your service books from the bis website. go to your email setup icon and log into your bis account, scroll down and hit service books and themn hit send service books.

well its already activated but ill try that and give it 20 minutes, thanks.

occasionally when you have problems recieving emails, the quick fix is to send your service books. i have to send my service books once every 2 months or so.

you may need to send them again.

Try doing a battery pull and resending them.
