Help, My wife's curve won't connect to the internet. The phone crashed about 8 months ago and the other day it stopped connecting to the internet. Any ides on how to fix this?

You could try reloading the OS, however it sounds like a hardware issue.

What exactly do you mean crashed? If you can give a little more info such as what OS, etc. might be a little more helpful.

What type of connection (1x, 1XEV etc.) is it showing? Have you made sure the Data Service is on? Try re-sending the service books? Just a few things to check.
