I am selling my blackberry 8330. I wiped the handheld, but when the person who is buying it from me went to activate it..my email address is still set up on that phone. How do I delete the email addresses so they don't receive my emails??? Thanks!

you'll have to log into your BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) account and delete the email accounts you have associated with your PIN

Thanks, that's what I did. I wanted to make sure that completely deleted it. I now have a Blackberry Tour. Just out of curiosity, how come it doesn't make me log in to the BIS to add or delete email accounts?

You can do it from your device now on the newer berries

Go onto advanced options and then service book. Look for a service asocciated with your email and delete all that apply.
