They should load on, but you will have to reactivate them again.

So long as you have the license for Jivetalk there shouldn't be any issue.

You won't lose them. And, at any rate, you should have details in SMS or email with a conformation number that will allow you to reinstall in the unlikely event you have a problem.

Reinstall them 1 at a time. Install the jivetalk trial and use your registration key to make it a full version. Do the same for other apps you have paid for. The free ones just reinstall OTA from your phones browser.

Did you make a backup of your phone before all this started? If you did, open up desktop manager and choose restore, then select the backup you made and hit next.

If you have your contacts in outlook, then resynchronize to get your address book back.

Okay, well you are almost there. Download Opera Mini and Google maps using your phones browser.

For jivetalk, google their site and install the trial version of their software. Use your activation key they gave you when you bought the program to make the trial program the full version.

Sounds like you will have to email support at beejive. Since they offer 2 different types of license, a user license and device license. Assuming it is the same device, they should be able to confirm with your blackberry's pin number and resend you the original activation key.

I upgraded my DM to Version 4.7 and it kept most of my 3rd party apps when I went from .77 to .97 a couple of days ago
