Here is an interesting problem I had today (still having)

I can connect to BIS by using WIFI with one of the access points (No encyrption)

BUT

I cannot connect to BIS by using another acces point? It gets connected to wifi but not BIS service ( The connection has WEP encryption)

what is the problem you think?

Who maintains the access points? The access points are like a link to your carrier's network. Even if the connection is there, all protocols must be set and enabled to carry data.

As far as WEP, that's only for the connection between your phone and the access point. If you're connected to the access point, that shouldn't be an issue.

you mean it is maybe because of firewall issue?
