I have 4.5.0.119 loaded and 4.7 DTM and when I click on Media Manager the next windows show the Start button GRAYED Out.

Any ideas?

There are usually two version of DM that you can download, one with and one without media manager. You may have downloaded the non MM version. In addition, I think when you install DM you have the option of doing a custom install where you can unselect installation of MM.
