Why in the heck does my phone keep freezing. I went to see keith urban last nite have some videos and I'm tryingf to show my kids. Every time I select one to play it shows the video on the screen then the screen goes blank and the red light stays onthen it won't do anything else til I take the battery out. I was able to play the videos fine last nite. Help please and thanks

Is it freezing on any other apps as well? Do you have a media card installed or did you save the videos to your device memory? Check your file free by going to options>status and post that number back here...

you also might want to check which OS you have (options>about third line down). v4.3 did that to me when i first got my phone...
