Why BlackBerry Curve 8330 can upgraded to OS 5, meanwhile 8320 can't?
Hi, i'm confused about two Curve device. So one (8330) can upgraded to BlackBerry OS 5, meanwhile Curve 8320 can only upgraded to OS 4.5 and it can't upgraded to OS 5. Why Curve 8320 can't upgraded to OS 5? Meanwhile Curve 8330 upgradeable to OS 5?

That's correct.
There's no OS 5 for the 8320. It does not have enough memory for OS 5. And OS 5 was not released for the 8320. - 12-09-2011, 09:39 PM

Hmm... According to Wikipedia, 8320 and 8330 has 64 MB memory. But if 8330 has 96 MB memory, what for 32 MB?

Wikipedia is incorrect in this instance. The 8330 has 96MB. And even at that, it can barely run OS 5.0. That OS takes up almost all the space.
Regardless, OS 5.0 was NEVER released for the 8320 by RIM. It does not exist. So there is no way to install something that does not exist on the device.
