    I downloaded a couple themes, installed them. The phone says they
    were installed but I have no idea where they were installed. Any idea
    where they went?

    Are they listed under applications? Options > Advanced > Applications

    If they aren't there, then they weren't installed.

    What was the file extension of the file that was downloaded? ZIP? JAD? Something else?

    Where were they downloaded? On the BlackBerry? On a computer?

    Did you ensure that they were for your specific phone model? And that they were compatible with the OS version on the phone?

    Your OS is probably outdated.

    That happened to me yesterday - I bought iBerry yesterday and it did not show up. Found out that I was running on OS 4.3. Updated it to OS 4.5 and iBerry was listed in my Themes.
