when i hit mute/standby after having played songs from my media - it starts playing the last song i played and doesn't put my phone in standby.
yes i have already tried quitting the application... the only thing that has worked is turning the phone off and back on again.
has anyone else had this problem? my phone is news so is there a way to shut this off of something?

I always had to go back to the song and click on stop, otherwise i was having the same problem.

this happens if you dont stop the song or get out of the "Now Playing" screen. It pretty much turns the mute button into an Un-Pause button
