I recently updated the OS on my Blackberry 8310 to OS v4.5.0.110 (platform 2.7.0.90) and have encountered a glitch in dialling from my address book. After selecting the individual I wish to call, I click on the green button to proceed. Should that individual have only one number stored, the call will go through. However, I have noticed that when the contact has more than one number for me to choose from, a list appears for a split second before it jumps to the call log screen. I then have to select the return button in order to get back to the list to select the desired number. I never had this issue with the older version. Is there anyone who can help me with this problem???
try selecting the contact with the trackball to get the list of numbers, emails, etc. The highlight the number you want before hitting the [Send] key. You're telling the device go to the call log rather than selecting the contact.
