Hi There,

I have a BlackBerry 8310 OS 4.5. I am looking for an old version of WhatsApp suitable to my phone.

I have the WhatsApp version 2.6.9252 installed at my BlackBerry but for some reason I am unable to receive the installation code to start to use WhatsApp. When I try to access the application comes up the following error message:

“error requesting sms code (fail-old-version)”

I am connected to internet and I don’t know why is showing this error message.

Does anyone know about this problem?
Any help will be very appreciated.

Hmmm. I wonder if the "old-version" might be the cause? Maybe try updating the application.
