This is driving me crazy...in the advanced profiles what is a level 1message...voicemail!?
then there is message?
(SMS...text message got that one.)
Messenger- alert?! I want to set my phone up so that I know the difference between an email and a text message, that's it.

I don't use PIN messages so I changed the choice of setting PIN messages to NOT be level 1.

Why so many friggin' options? If I set the SMS to one one notification and the message (level 1) or just the plain message what the heck will i hear!? Why am I making this so complicated?

PIN messages are "Level 1" by default. With level 1 messages, you can assign a specific notification to them in profiles.
