The Curve has 5.0 if it isn't 8330m but it doesn't run as smooth as other devices and you will have to download the OS from another carrier (Boost Mobile) most likely. The flip I think is running 4.6 but I heard still lags abit on 4.6 so my bet would be curve 8330 if you can get OS 5.0. If you want the flip, make sure you are okay with the keyboard before you choose it. Some people don't like the SureType (2 Letters per key)
