Ok I'm in profiles Advance setup and there is a box selection that states important calls I can check it or not. What the heck is this for and what makes the call important?

I have 3 people set up with thier own ringtones they have checks next to their names but the important box is unchecked. I check it in any profile it does nothing so I'm really confused i've made several exceptions but cant seem to get anything to work.

Actually, you do...

In the profile edit (profiles > advanced
scroll to important calls > menu key > edit
in Exception Important Calls
From: > menu key > Add name
menu key > save

you can also edit what custom tone is used for Important Calls.

This feature is in addition to the exception phone numbers you selected a custom ringtone for in the Address Book
