I got my blackberry the other day, and I went to do the activation..

Everything shows up with my information, and such but when I went
to a manual setup it gets to the PROVISIONING part and then it just
CANCELS out on its own?!

HELP!! HELP!!! HELP!! HELP!!! HELP!!

Are you on BES... Is this a company provided phone? If so, they would have provided the credentials you need to get provisioned. If not, then you don't need it anyway.
