Default Weird icon help! Phone with two arrows?

I have a strange icon on my phone. I rode my motorcycle to work and it was in my pocket, w/ buttons apparently being pressed the whole ride...

Now I have a strange ICON. It's the standard yellow phone icon, as if I missed a phone call - but instead of the X by the yellow phone, it's two arrows pointing left.

    So it looks like this

    <<(yellow phone icon)

All features seem to be working fine. After some heavy internet searching, I found a post that answers the question.

    "blackberryforums.com/general-blackberry-discussion/159438-yellow-phone-2-arrows.html"

I totally don't understand the answer, or how to correct the problem - but maybe that post will help someone be able to help me?

    Thanks!!

edit: this is on my sprint 8330

No it's not on I don't think. The guy that answered the post said this, which I don't understand -

"Got it - my all calls was on option 9 - didn't know that I could change that. Now it is changed and the icon is gone. That was really weird - no idea how that happened. I wasn't trying to forward calls."

What is he trying to say? "my all calls?"

It's the 8330 Curve, from sprint.

When I go to call options, then call forwarding, it says "DO NOT FORWARD"

Well thanks guys for the help w/ the call forwarding thing.

It wasn't enabled from the settings menu, it was actually enabled from dialing it? It must have been dialed in my pocket.

So i dialed *720 and hit send, it disabled it.

Thanks for steering me in the right direction!

I had same issue. But when I would call myself from landline it was not forwarding the calls as I had fwd it by using *72 and cancelled it with *73 which did stop the fwding but did not clear the icon. Only dialing *720 did it. THANK YOU forum,
Using 8830 (yes and still rockin it, BB10 hurry before my case dies)
