On my Verizon Curve I will get someone call me and it sounds like (for those who remember) someone dialing the "0 or any number" on a rotary phone as they talk. I can't understand them. I had someone also explain it as "helicoptering" or digital pulsing. Anyway it seems to happen alot more lately and I was wondering if this was a phone issue or a service provider issue. Hope I explained it well enough. Thank you for any input.
