I just downloaded weatherbug mobile.

It never gave me install directions.

I downloaded the app to both my PC and Phone but cannot figure out how to install it

Pretty crappy of Handago to seel w/o detailed instructions

Can anyone help ?

when you purchased it did handango send you an email with a link to download it from your phone ?

yes , they never told me to download it to my phone.

I downloaded to my PC it came as a zip file.

I tried to envoke through app loader but no luck.

Then I opened the email on the device and clicked on the re download software

It asks for the order ref number and my email, I put both and it prompts where to save I select save but it never happens.

I can beleive there is not a detailed install link shame on handego

I was able to download it to my media card, I cannot see through the phone

is there a way to see or execute the zip file that was downloaded ?

Did you unzip the file, and perhaps then found a few files there, one of them ending in .alx? You aren't trying to install just the .zip file via apploader, are you?

It was a mapping issue.

Dont bother with this app not very robust not worth 12 dollars

Just returned my BB Storm.... What a peice of SH#$$ IT

Ahh the ease of the Curve , it felt so good to pick it up again..

For what it's worth, I use the free Weatherbug on my Curve and like it very much. It's stayed when other weather apps came and went.

A simple search on CrackBerry will show tons of people using WeatherBug and loving it, myself included. I have only the free version, and with the two icons I've installed for current temp and forecast that update every 30 minutes, I never have any problems. The little bug turns red when there's a weather alert. No problems here.

I've tried the Weatherbug subscription app a couple times and never had an issue with it. Go back to handango and tell it you want to download the free trial. Then register it thru the trial version. Have an sms or email link sent for OTA.

My bad! I'm sorry I just looked and there is not OTA for the trial either. Please disregard my ignorance.

The weather channel has one that is similar if you want to give it a try. Its been a while but I was pretty sure they both had free trials available. As for the WB app, request a refund from Handango, it's possible they will give it to you.
