    Default Water sticker on Battery and Phone don't agree

    The water sticker on my battery has the red stripe. The stickers inside my phone do not. NONE of it has ever been wet, damp, moist or anything close to any of those. How did this happen? If I ever have a problem with the phone how do I approach CS to not have a problem?

    This is normal. That's how they are. You don't have a problem. The red stripe will smear when it has been exposed to moisture.
