So I dunked my phone in the pool will scooping my son out of it. Less than 2 seconds and in the case, but was on.
I tried the phone the red power light came on and went off no screen image appeared.
I placed it for 2 days on top of the cable box blowing air on it and anothe r2 days in a bag of rice.
Still just the red light then nothing.
I have a replacement phone.
My question is - can I still access the phone to get the contacts and pictures off of that phone? If so how?

hm....if you can be sure that it is completely dried out, i would try connecting it to a pc and see if the pc can even see it to access your pics or whatever.
if you weren't using Outlook, were your contacts not saved to the SIM?

Also on the internet I have seen companys that will pull out the card and get you retrieved info for like $50.
Any guess if this would work or a waste of money.
