    can anyone help me with this? I went to watch you tube video that my friend with BB also did and my phone when clicking to watch video said that media has unsupported data that isn't supported on device. Is there an option to help me with this I have an 8330 thank u

    Sometimes you have to try a few times before some videos play. Just today I wanted to watch the snl skit on Obama and had to try 4 times before it played. First 3 trys said unsupported media. Just go back on browser then reclick on video,repeat if needed. I don't know why this happens or if there is a way to fix it but retrying a few times usually works for me on youtube.

    You can also refresh on the video itself. When you get the error back>menu>refresh.
