    Anyone know how to fix the volume on the bb curve 8320? I tried everything and there is no sounds on alerts or anything. Tried changing in the volume option area and no luck either. Only time I hear anything is in the Media/Ringetone section and I have to active handset (the volume is extremely low, even at the maximum volume). Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Have tried a battery pull (power on, remove battery, wait 30 seconds, reinstall battery)?

    I did. I normally take out my battery everytime I charge my phone. Still doesn't work. =( Thanks for the suggestion though.

    To the OP, if your BB is less than 12 months old, take it in for a warranty exchange.
