Yes I do sometimes but that's just a solid feature
To put the volume down you can't hold it but just tap it or just click it
If you hold up volume for a few seconds it will skip to the next track

I believe this was a new feature reported a while ago with the new 4.5 OS. If you hold the volume keys down, it will move to the next or previous songs. If you want to just adust the volume, then hit the key one for each movement. up or down.
