When I go into my media section and choose a song. It plays fine but if I want to turn the volume down while the song is playing I cannot use the up/down buttons on the right side of the phone. If I try to use the down button it starts the song over and doesn't change the volume. I have to click the stop button on the display screen then adjust the volume using the side buttons, then go back to display screen and click play again. Is this normal? Not very happy with this phone so far.
