I used to have the ability to setup the voicemail, I thought, through "Options - Voicemail". This option is no longer present and I need to make a change to the security code in the phone - anybody have an idea on what to do?

go into your phone log and then choose options in the menu. You will then have the Voicemail option.

I've only ever called my voicemail to set it up. I know you can change the security code...you just have to listen to the prompts.
