I recently bought a Blackberry Curve 8320 through T-Mobile. A few days ago, when I would be on a call my voice would sound digitized to the person on the other end but I could hear them just fine. I would check my service and it would be fine but it still occurred. After doing a battery pull it will sometimes work normally for awhile but then return to my voice sounding like a robot to the person on the other end. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

does it happen in the same area or different area? are you inside a building or outside? what OS are you using?

It happens in multiple locations both inside and outside. I recently updated to the 4.5 operating system. My finance has the same phone on the same settings and it doesn't happen on his phone.

do you both have the same OS?
if so I would backup your important info and wipe the bb and reinstall the OS
what version of 4.5 do you have?
