Can you help?

I've got an 8310 device. When pressing the voice dial button, I used to hear it loud and clear.

Now, it's as if it's just coming through the regular earpiece part of the Berry and not the speaker?

Can anyone help me get back the 'loudness' of voice dialing?

Happened once on my 8130, try a reset/battery pull.. that resolved it for me.

Try pressing the speaker/$ button to toggle between the ear piece and speaker in back

I did a reset/battery pull, and the voice dialing lady started talked out loud again! Thanks for the tip!
