I need some help. I cannot get my desktop manager to find my BB running vista business. Tried 4.3 and currently have 4.2.2 installed. I have tried uninstall/reinstall numerous times. Called BB three times and at&t once. No help there. I don't know what else to do.

My old treo 680 synced flawlessly on vista.

Uninstall Vista and install XP. No, I'm kidding of course (only kind of). Can you explain a little more about Vista not being able to connect to your BB? Any error messages? Do you have the connection settings in desktop manager set to USB? Are you using a USB hub?

i have vista and i installed perfect the first time ...which vista do you have ? and did you install the software (BB) first ? then hooked the BB ?
