I recently upgraded my 8330 OS. That allowed me to access my html account with attachments. However, if the images ar not specifically attachments but are in the body of the message they can not be seen. Are there any fixes? Thanks for all your help.

Open your messages folder then hit menu then download images automatically = yes.
When you open your emails you will have to hit menu then get images.

what version of the OS are you using? Is it 4.5 or still 4.3?

It is 4.5 OS. Everything else seeems to work ok.

I had an email once that contained an image that was in the body. I could not get it to show up using get images. The only work around for that particular email was to log into my gmail account with my browser, scroll to the bottom of the page, switch to basic html, pressed the Menu Key then chose Select Mode (so I was able to open the email link in my inbox because the hand/arrow mouse pointer will not work using gmails html mode). I was then able to see the image.
