I have .124 on my 8310 and sometimes when I go to my ringtones or my videos it says no ringtones or videos. If I reset it, they will show up again but after awhile it will do the same. I wanted to know why its doing that and if there is a solution to it.
No I don't normally go into mass storage, although when I went in today and changed mass storage to off and back to on, now even my music says no albums when I select an artist.
I didn't have this problem when I was on .52, it only started when I upgraded to .124, so I downgraded to .110 from at&t hoping this will solve my problem, it did not. What I don't get is when I select music and artists, all the artists are listed, but if I select one, it will say no albums, and if I select albums, all the albums are listed but it will say no songs if I select an album.
