Hello everyone, not too long ago I got a Curve 8330m from Sprint. Which I love it so far, and have some apps on it already. But I only have one problem with it, Some of the movies I download to play on Blackberry phones like mp4 files, don't play. It starts to play, goes black, then the media dock comes back up on me, and does it over and over again with a green loading box in the upper right corner. Odd thing is, some of them work perfectly, but a lot of them don't work at all. Is it the way that they're converted to mp4, or something else? Thinking I should try converting it through a blackberry video converter, but don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
