hello all,
i tried searching this question before posting but had a hard time finding the right keywords to find an answer. hopefully some one can help. when some one sends me a video mms and i watch the video the phone automatically begins a restart. i don't know what the heck it is but i watch the video, phone goes black and red light goes on. then the phones restarts itself back up. when it is done all is well with the phone and nothing is wrong. i have tried to search on here for a fix and can't find anything.
if anyone has any suggestions i would greatly appreciate it!
