Hey , i got a sprint 8330 and im on version 4.3.0.127 and my video cam records but i cant save vids ? Any suggestions here ?

It won't save unless u have a media card. It looks just like the sim card but smaller and it sits next to the sim card

With a CDMA phone, you just have the spot under the battery for just the media card. They wont have a spot for a SIM card.
You do need a media card in order to use/save recorder files.

Once you have your memory configured, you may still have some issues with Video.
The user interface is not too clear. Pressing the trackball once will start recording. Pressing it again will pause recording.
In order to save the clip, you have to manually select Stop, the square icon.
It makes sense, once you get accustomed to it.
