    when i try to move a video from my BB to my laptop via USB the actual video moves fine but the audio disappeares everytime. i thought maybe i can get around this problem by sending the video via email & downloading it but the audio is still missing..

    i'm having the very same problem! i have a new lappy and am opening the vids with the default windows media player and i have no audio either (even tried the email & download trick too) this is driving me nuts! for the record i have the 8330.

    VLC Media Player has worked great for me and is Shareware (free). Has many user adjustable parameters, speed control, gamma etc.

    ok im using VLC media & its working fine.. however when i save & convert there goes the audio again...
