Hello Everyone. My cousin has the curve 8320. It has very low memory and won't let her download bbm. It says the file number is 2323446. I had her delete emails, texts and apps that she doesn't need. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Do a forum search for memory optimization and shrink OS.

Also, make sure apps are exited properly using exit in the menu not just the back button, so they do not run in the background.
