So I just got the curve today. I updated to os to 4.5 and set up my email. I then installed an 8 gb card. Using media sync, I filled 90% of the card with music. When i try to play the music in the bb media player, only 3 artists show up. I can view the other aritist using the explore feature, and I can play their music manually. I tried a battery pull with no success. The scanning for media message stay up while in the media player.
Edit: Ok the other artists are listed as albums rather than artists. Any way to fix this?
the bar is full and has remained that way for about an hour. The rest of the bar filled in about 30 seconds. And i know realize the other artists are listed as albums. This issue does not occur on other media players.
