My 3 year old 8330 has begun sticking on call log mode, if I try to access anything else (messages, browser, menu, etc) it just goes to call log, and once there I cannot access even delete, anything I do just returns me to call log. My device has never been dropped or damaged, have tried removing and replacing the battery several times. Yesterday after the last hard reset, I tried installing a new trackball, that restored full function for a day, but is again sticking on call log mode.
Just FYI, I never use my 8330 for calls, it is on a data only plan. Could I possibly be pressing a key combination that locks it on the call log mode? Thanks!!!
