    I purchased a refurbished 8300 and popped my Tmobile SIM in the device. NO browser icon!!! Also, no t-zones. Please help! I have called tmobile 5 times with no luck. The last woman said my phone was locked so it wouldn't appear but the phone is definately unlocked because I could not make calls or texts if it was locked. I have also tried sending myself the service books, no luck. Please HELP!!! I had one person tell me if I hook it up to the Download Manager and restore it, it will work. Anyone agree/disagree?

    Download the latest OS and desktop manager. Do a update and see what you end up with. You should be surprised :-)
